As we get ready to relaunch all areas of the church on September 13th, we are working on updating/replacing our Check-In System for both the Kids and Youth Ministries! Creating this form before September 13th will be a HUGE help and time-saver when you are ready to check in your kids/students!

Your spouse, if listed in the household information above, will automatically be allowed for check-in/check-out. However, for security reasons, anyone other than you or your spouse will NOT be allowed to check-in/check-out your children unless specified here.
